PSV Mechanic

PSV Mechanic Location: York Salary: £41,600 basic + overtime available We are currently looking for a skilled and motivated PSV Mechanic to join our team in York. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a stable role with strong earning potential through overtime. The Role: - Carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on PSV vehicles - Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical and electrical faults - Completing safety inspections and ensuring vehicles meet DVSA standards - Maintaining accurate service and repair records - Working to high standards of health & safety and cleanliness Requirements: - NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle / PSV Maintenance - Valid PCV/PSV experience (essential) - A strong understanding of vehicle diagnostics and fault finding - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - A proactive and reliable approach to work What We Offer: - £41,600 basic salary - Overtime available to boost earnings - Secure, permanent employment - Well-equipped workshop and modern fleet - Supportive team environment If you are a dedicated PSV Mechanic looking for your next opportunity in York, we’d love to hear from you.
