This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned General Manager who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and enjoys running a tight, service-forward operation in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

This role requires a confident operator who can balance people leadership, financial accountability, and day-to-day execution while maintaining high standards across service, food, and atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Lead all daily restaurant operations with a strong presence on the floorHire, train, coach, and develop management and FOH teamsOwn P&L performance including labor, COGS, and controllable expensesDrive exceptional guest experience and uphold service standardsCollaborate closely with culinary leadership to ensure seamless executionCreate schedules, manage payroll, and optimize staffing levelsMaintain compliance with health, safety, and company policiesFoster a positive, accountable culture with low turnover and high engagement
