This is a great opportunity to lead a high-end lounge operation for an internationally recognized premium brand. The lounge serves elite clientele daily, offering elevated food, beverage, and bar service in a refined hospitality environment.

We’re seeking a hands-on, guest-focused General Manager who thrives in fast-paced operations, leads from the floor, and knows how to build and motivate high-performing teams while maintaining exceptional service standards.

The Role

Oversee daily lounge operations, including food & beverage, bar service, and appearance care teamsLead, coach, and develop managers, supervisors, and hourly staffOwn P&L, budgeting, inventory, labor, and cost controlsEnsure consistent delivery of elevated guest experience and service standardsMaintain compliance with food safety, health, and operational policiesBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and partners

What We’re Looking For

Proven General Manager experience in elevated dining, premium hospitality, or high-volume service environments – Think 5 Star Hotels, Michelin, Fine Dining RestaurantsExperience working in a union environment is a big plusStrong financial acumen with full P&L responsibilityConfident leader with excellent communication skills and attention to detailComfortable managing multiple priorities in a live-service settingAble to pass security clearance
