You will cook fresh, seasonal dishes for members and guests in a friendly, community-focused setting.

What you will do

Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operationsPrepare mise en place across all servicesLead service during quieter periodsRun smaller events independentlyManage general prep, stock rotation, and quality checksDeliver consistent, high-quality food for members and guestsTypical volume is around 50 covers per dayBusiest periods are Thursday to Sunday, mainly daytime service

About you

Currently a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step upStrong interest in fresh produce and modern British cookingOrganised and confident in a professional kitchenReliable, punctual, and positiveKeen to learn and progress within hospitalityWell suited to chefs early in their career or balancing work with studies
