Automotive Paint Technician (Corby)

Your Role as a Paint Technician
• Paint preparation of the vehicle - masking and prepping if required
• Spray painting required vehicles using water-based paints
• Checking paint colour and preparing spray out cards to ensure a perfect match
• Cleaning up work area and making sure that equipment is working correctly
• Supporting body shop team within other departments if required

Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role as a Bodyshop Technician / Paint Sprayer (essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential) DVLA Checked
• Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed.
• You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work set by customers
• You will need to work independently on vehicles and have experience to make decisions when required
• Excellent attention to detail
