Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Bakehouse Operative to join our production team. You will support the daily operations of the bakehouse, ensuring products are prepared, baked, and presented to a high standard. This role involves manual handling and requires strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Working within a busy bakehouse environmentHandling powdered food materialsManual lifting up to 25kgFollowing production schedulesMaintaining hygiene, safety, and quality standardsWorking as part of a fast‑paced team

Shift Pattern (4‑Week Rotation)

Week 1

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday06:00–18:00 (Days)

Week 2

Wednesday, Thursday06:00–18:00 (Days)

Week 3

Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday18:00–06:00 (Nights)

Week 4

Wednesday, Thursday18:00–06:00 (Nights)

Then the rota repeats from Week 1.
