Senior Chef de Partie requirements:

Seeking an accomplished Senior Chef de Partie to proficiently manage the sauce or grill section in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Ideal candidate should have a strong background in reputable restaurants, gastro pubs, or hotels, and be able to perform at a high standard.Applicants must be highly organised, self-driven, and passionate about working with premium seasonal ingredients.A minimum of 3-4 years’ relevant experience is required.Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Canary Wharf.
