The Role
Support the Head Chef in all daily kitchen operationsLead from the pass during service when requiredDrive consistency across sections and service flowManage prep standards, mise en place and organisationOversee stock control, ordering and supplier communicationGuide, train and motivate junior chefsMaintain food safety and hygiene systemsInfluence menu development through ideas and executionThis is a hands-on position.
