Procurement Analyst - Apprenticeship

Work with Excel to create reports, manage spreadsheets, and prepare data analysis Write and communicate summaries and reports of spend requests, restructuring complex worded descriptions for clarity and ease of understanding Take ownership of our spend governance processes; set up and facilitate review meetings, ensuring meeting materials and prepared in advance and documenting review outcomes  Develop and maintain relationships with internal departments and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and efficient procurement processes Assist in analysing procurement data and identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for cost savings Help support the procurement team in organising, updating, and maintaining supplier and contract information Support with rolling out two new Procurement systems we will be purchasing in 2025 Support with sourcing processes and supplier contract negotiations with the view to lead their own in due course 

Training:

Procurement and Supply Assistant Level 3.
