Heater manufacture
Soldering, braising, blasting, pressure test, assembly, packing
General housekeeping
Attending daily huddles
Involvement in continuous improvement activities
Attending personal mentoring sessions
Training:
Engineering Fitter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
The training will take place on a day release basis at Wigan & Leigh College The apprentice will be working 4 days a week in the job and then attend College one day per weekTraining Outcome:
Following successful completion of the Level 3 apprenticeship there are opportunities to progress to technician level within production and possibly to Engineer depending on preferred development of individual

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 7.30am - 4.00pm and Friday, 7.30am - 12.50pm 2 x 15 minute breaks each day 20 minutes lunch break
