Manufacture of elements Bending, coil assembly, filling, testing and packing Heater manufacture Soldering, braising, blasting, pressure test, assembly, packing General housekeeping Attending daily huddles Involvement in continuous improvement activities Attending personal mentoring sessions

Training:

Engineering Fitter Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

The training will take place on a day release basis at Wigan & Leigh College The apprentice will be working 4 days a week in the job and then attend College one day per week

Training Outcome:
Following successful completion of the Level 3 apprenticeship there are opportunities to progress to technician level within production and possibly to Engineer depending on preferred development of individual

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 7.30am - 4.00pm and Friday, 7.30am - 12.50pm 2 x 15 minute breaks each day 20 minutes lunch break
