Customer Support Apprentice

Handling both inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and professionalism, offering support when necessary Verifying and updating customer information accurately Supporting administrative tasks including billing and general office duties Working both collaboratively and independently to meet team goals

Training:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment. 



Training Outcome:

After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.

Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
