Business Administration Apprentice
Job Responsibilities as part of a team will include;
Scanning of clinical and non-clinical documents Processing information from the ECONSULT system / Booking appointments on the clinical system Processing of Prescriptions in line with practice policy Clinical Coding in patients medical records from hospital letters Processing emails from the Practice NHS email Summarising clinical notes Supporting with administration of Flu and / or COVID clinics Supporting with the administration of Chronic Disease Clinics To have a thorough working knowledge of all practice procedures To work in accordance with protocols To input / extract information from the clinical system Registering new patients on the clinical systemThis job description is not exhaustive and may be amended in the light of future developments.
Training:
Business Administration Level 3 Fortnightly attendance at Riverside College, Widnes
Training Outcome:
There may be development opportunities to progress into other roles within the company

Tower House Practice is a busy local GP Practice, which works in partnership with local and NHS service providers and groups.
Working Hours :
To be available to work between 8.15am- 6.30pm Monday to Friday – maximum will be 37 hours per week.
