Property Management Apprentice
Conducting inspections to monitor the conditions of the properties.
Answer the phone and emails to respond to queries and provide excellent customer service.
Log information into our CRM system.
Respond and resolve maintenance issues as required.
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date, including tenancy agreements, compliance certificates, and insurance.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and tenants, ensuring excellent service delivery.
Training:
The college will provide training in the office, remotely.
Training Outcome:
Someone completing this apprenticeship can develop a career in Property Management, Lettings, Social Housing or Development.

Martyn Gerrard is a North-London based estate agency, which covers all aspects of the property industry from Sales and Lettings to Commercial and New Homes.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm.
