An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider on a mobile basis covering commercial buildings in West London and the surrounding areas. The successful candidates will be mechanically or electrically qualified (NVQ / C&G, 18th Edition) and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across this commercial environment. This is an ongoing temporary to permanent role and pays an hourly rate of up to £25.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
Hours of work / Job Information
8am - 5pmMonday - Friday£25p/hTravel paid for Covering 6 sites located in Slough, Hayes, St Albans, Liverpool Street & Canary Wharf ( must be able to travel to all locations )
Key duties & Responsibilities
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lighting testsAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsBMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)Escort / organise sub contractorsAttend client meetings if requiredEnsure site log books are kept up to date
Requirements
Electrically or Mechanically qualified - NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2&3City & Guilds - 18th Edition ( if electrical )Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsAble to start immediately or at short notice.
