Sales/ Customer Service Administrator Apprenticeship

Provide administrative support to the sales team Process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems Coordinate with other departments (e.g. logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, or in person Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales proposals Liaise with the warehouse regarding stock availability Support the onboarding of new customers and manage after-sales support

Training:
You will be training on the job as you learn the role with your manager Also off the job training minimum 6 hours per week, this can be done at work, working on assignments, research, other departments within the company Monthly online workshop which you have attended one day per month, with your tutor

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 08.00 to 16.00 and 09.00 to 17.00, dependent on office requirements.
