Sales Administrator Apprentice

Main duties- to include, but not restricted to:

Completing and processing Lender Applications using online portals and email.  Updating the company CRM system. Carrying out general administrative duties such as filing, emails, copying, scanning, ordering stationery etc. Greeting and meeting, answering telephone calls and welcoming visitors to the office.  Providing information to internal colleagues or external enquirers. 

Training:

Business Administration Level 3.

Training by South and City College Birmingham delivery at the Digbeth campus on a day release basis, Wednesday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.



Training Outcome:

Move into becoming a financial sales consultant with significant financial reward.

Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 4.30pm.
