Hull City Council Social Services - West Locality - Office Administration Apprentice

The Apprentice will be expected to undertake a range of the following:

Arranging and documenting meetings Answering calls in a polite and professional manner Dealing with members of the public on a daily basis Raising orders and processing invoices Updating Liquid Logic (Database) Arranging contacts, interpreters and transport Filing documents Collating data

Hull City Council’s Localities & Safeguarding Services are looking to appoint an apprentice to join their team. They are looking for someone to assist with supporting both the front of house office as well as the social work teams. Due to the sensitive nature of the work the desire to protect and safeguard vulnerable children and young people is desirable but the data protection of our clients and their information is essential.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, including 1 day for off-the-job training, shifts to be confirmed.
