Requirements:

Resort‑kitchen experience, especially breakfast and lunchStrong recipe execution, portion control, and station setupValid food handler certification and commitment to sanitation standardsSkilled at prepping local, seasonal ingredientsFlexible schedule for early mornings, weekends, holidays, and seasonal peaks
