We’re partnering with a lodge in Revelstoke, BC that’s a attracts all outdoor and adventure lovers. They’re looking for a Sous Chef to join their talented kitchen team. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or comparable kitchen leadership experience, ideally in a high‑volume breakfast/lunch settingStrong skills in breakfast, lunch, and après menu execution, creative with hearty, comforting dishesExperience helping with leading a small teamFood safety certification and solid knowledge of kitchen hygienePassion for local ingredients and mountain‑resort hospitality
