Apprentice Property Maintenance Operative

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Assist with various maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, and decorating, under supervision Keep tools and equipment in good condition to ensure safety and efficiency Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to deliver quality service Attend college one day per week to build skills in maintenance and repairs Follow health and safety guidelines, reporting issues as needed

Training:
The Apprentice will work towards their Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard in Property Maintenance Operative The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course This is a Day Release programme, which means you will attend Lincoln/Newark College, 1 day per week, term time only This will fall within your contracted working hours
