Customer Service Apprentice
Face to face interaction with customers as based in shop front in a busy location
Dealing with customers over the phone, via email and face to face
General administrative duties including filing, processing orders, ordering supplies and general housekeeping duties
Training:
You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard
There are workshops you will need to attend via Teams
You will have a mentor for one t o one teaching and learning
In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role
Training Outcome:
There will be opportunities for ongoing progression and development following completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate

Our Made to Measure Conservatory Blinds are available for all budgets and styles, including Roman Blinds, Pleated Blinds, Roller and Venetian blinds all perfectly fitted.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 5.00pm. (1 hour for lunch) You may be required to work some Saturdays but will be given a day off in the week.
