Customer Service Apprentice

Face to face interaction with customers as based in shop front in a busy location Dealing with customers over the phone, via email and face to face General administrative duties including filing, processing orders, ordering supplies and general housekeeping duties

Training:
You will achieve the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard There are workshops you will need to attend via Teams You will have a mentor for one t o one teaching and learning In-house training will be given to support specifics of the role

Training Outcome:
There will be opportunities for ongoing progression and development following completion of the apprenticeship for the right candidate

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 10.00am - 5.00pm. (1 hour for lunch) You may be required to work some Saturdays but will be given a day off in the week.
