Principal duties and responsibilities:
To be the first point of contact for our customers Provide end to end waste brokering / collection service Aftersales care To develop positive customer relations Processing daily orders from customers Co-ordinate the collection of waste from customer locations Gather supplier collection data Process data through our systemsTraining:
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard Based within our Corby office Training will be conducted at the workplace or day release once a week
Training Outcome:
We would like to offer the level 3 course following this in Business Administration or another Customer Service course
