Paralegal Administration Apprentice
Your duties will include:
Opening new files for new matters and closing files for transactions which have completed Administering initial estate agent instructions Liaising with clients, estate agents, brokers and offering updates throughout a transaction Meeting with clients to attend to initial instructions and queries Initiating a draft contract pack and sending to the relevant parties Requesting management packs and redemption statements Ordering searches Performing identity checks and conducting anti money laundering checks on clients Drafting letters and emails Checking and clearing ledgers Registering new owners at the Land RegistryTraining:
Business Administrator Standard Level 3 Workplace delivery
Training Outcome:
Potential position upon completion of the apprenticeship.
