Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
Submit quotes and tenders to third parties
Liaison with Quantity Surveyors regarding commercial aspects of contracts
Ensure contracts are executed prior to implementation
Contract reviews prior to project implementation, with operational staff
Provision of sub-contract documentation to sub-contractors
Submission of valuations to clients
Certification of sub-contractor interim valuation
Approval of supplier invoices
Assist Quantity Surveyors in the preparation of commercial reporting information
Comply with all QTS company policies and procedures
Training:
BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management plus APC with RICS for Chartered status.
Day release - One day per week on NTU City Campus
Training Outcome:
Applicants will progress from trainee QS to full Quantity Surveyor throughout the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (30 mins for lunch).
