Apprentice Receptionist/Administrator
Ensure good housekeeping and cleanliness of reception area
Answer and respond to all incoming calls, switchboard, and messages
General administration duties
Respond to parent/carer queries confidently, escalating to the wider team where required
Check professional visitors ID, issue visitors badge on arrival
Check the building is secure at the end of each day
Use the booking system for IT equipment with confidence
High levels of confidentiality where required
A professional and respectful tone with internal and external stakeholders
Training:
All the apprenticeship training will take place at work.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm with 30 mins lunch.
