Apprentice Service Engineer

You will:

The candidate will initially spend time within our wiring/lifts section at our premises. During this time they will be shown how to wire electrical components including control panels, lighting boards and burner units The candidate will also be taught how to mechanically assemble lifting platforms and masts, as well as wiring Spending time within our premises in a controlled area will provide the basic knowledge for the servicing of the equipment in site. After spending time within the factory the candidate will then spend the remainder of their apprenticeship on site at customers premises paired with an experienced service engineer(s). Upon this point the candidate must be flexible within their working hours and be willing to overnight from time to time

Training:

You will attend Leicester College, one day per week at our Abbey Park Campus for training. 



Training Outcome:

A full time engineering role with the company.

Working Hours :
07.30 to 16:30, Monday to Thursday. 12:30 finish on Friday.
