Apprentice Administrative Assistant and Receptionist
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming reception service. Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and taking accurate messages Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution and dispatch Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry Assist legal staff with preparation of documents and case management Maintain a clean and organised reception areaTraining:

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9:00am– 5:00pm, with a 60-minute lunch break. Holiday of 20 days (plus birthday) and bank holidays
