Commis Chef Apprentice
An average day will involve food preparation and food service. It will also involve checking deliveries, following recipes and adhering to health and safety of food.

Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard:
Apprentices attend the Buxton Campus (transport is available) weekly They will also be regularly visited in the workplace by their college instructor-mentor who will guide them through their apprenticeshipTraining Outcome:
We anticipate this will be a permanent position with the opportunity to progress within the team on completion of the apprenticeship

Working Hours :
Minimum 30 hours per week on a rota basis, working time will include time spent at college/off-the-job training.
