Supporting the senior quantity surveyor and team in the commercial aspects of the business Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements Scrutinising maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors Preparing and resolving monthly applications, invoices, and payments Performing risk, value management and cost control Preparing tender and contracts documents, including bills of quantities Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations Allocating work to subcontractors Interacting with the senior QS, directors, and group financial manager for cash flow management and projections
