Apprentice Lived Experience Peer Worker

You will use your own lived experience to help your clients to recover and stop offending by:

Giving emotional and practical support Helping them attend appointments Listening Giving hope Building their confidence

Training:
You will be enrolled on the Peer Worker level 3 apprenticeship with Paragon Skills and you will have study time for assignments with lots of on-the job learning opportunities Where required, your apprenticeship assessor will visit you in the workplace

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of this apprenticeship, further opportunities may be available to you within the company, but the experience and skills gained should prepare you for future progression within the industry.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday with the opportunity to work flexibly. Exact shifts to be confirmed.
