Customer Service Apprentice - Pharmacy

Duties to include but not limited to:

Liaising with customers Providing fantastic service Handling sales Receiving and handing out medicines/prescriptions Stock control and reconciliation Giving advice to customers/patients (at later stage) Other general customer service duties

Training:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard Weekly off the job training  Monthly sessions with assessor in the workplace  Functional skills in maths and English (if required)

Training Outcome:

There is a potential full-time position offered to the right candidate.
