Provide comprehensive first-line IT support Contribute to the effective operation of the Trust ICT infrastructure Support and manage the Microsoft 365 environment Maintain and manage hardware and software Manage network and systems Liaise and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders Assist with ICT development and user support Travel and site maintenance

Training:
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team

Yorkshire Causeway includes both Church of England and community schools and places our pupils at the heart of everything we do.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week. Times to be confirmed.
