Business Administrator Apprentice

Taking phone calls i.e. messages, general inquiries, booking appointments for surveyors, speaking with homeowners & clients, speaking with trades/sub-contractors Emailing - answering general inquiries, sending out claim specific documents, advising homeowners & clients of updates surrounding their claim, checking through expected deliveries Duties will also include booking accommodation, updating spreadsheets and use of Microsoft packages Manual filing and electronic filing, ensuring all documents are filed within correct folders with correct members of staff, storing of sensitive information, shredding of old documents Updating client specific portals.

Training:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment. 



Training Outcome:
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education. 

Employer Description:
ATR Building Services are a building maintenance company based in the city of Hull, but operating extensively throughout the UK. We carry out general maintenance on domestic and commercial properties including the provision of specialist design services.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
