L3 Childcare Apprenticeship

Participate in on-the-job training to gain practical skills in childcare, such as supervising children, implementing curricula, and managing behaviour Work alongside experienced staff to learn and apply age-appropriate learning activities Help ensure the safety, health, and overall well-being of the children in our care Build positive relationships with children, fostering a supportive and nurturing atmosphere Assist in planning and carrying out educational activities that align with the childcare curriculum Collaborate with lead educators to create a stimulating and enriching learning environment

Training:
Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard Paediatric First Aid Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths (if required) Training one day a week at our Ponders End Centre (EN3)

Training Outcome:

The successful candidate can go onto further training, or into employment.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
