Service Director – San Francisco – Up to $110k
Our client is a prestigious fine dining restaurant located in a historic neighborhood of a major West Coast city. It offers a refined, seasonally driven tasting menu inspired by Italian and French culinary traditions, crafted by a renowned chef. The restaurant prioritizes fresh, organic, local ingredients sourced through strong relationships with regional farms and purveyors! They are seeking an experienced Manager to come in and oversee the restaurant floor and FOH staff.
As Service Director you duties will include:
Supervision of FOH staff, guiding and mentoring as neededOversight of guest reservationsWorking with host team to ensure proper pacing of seatings and order placementDirecting areas of focus to the service team and coordinating breaks Assisting service team when necessaryCheck-ins with all guests and oversight of guest feedbackRequirements:
At least 2 years of management required within a Fine-Dining or Michelin environment.Knowledge of Italian food and wine preferred.Highly skilled communicator and advanced computer and POS literacy.Experience in successfully training staff.If you are keen to discuss the details further, please apply today!
