What you'll be doing:

Leading from the front driving energy, culture, and performance across a buzzing teamOwning the full guest experience across gaming, bar, and eventsDriving commercial success in a high-volume, wet-led environmentInspiring and developing a talented management team (with strong MGM support beneath you)Championing innovation whether it's new tech, smarter service models, or creative guest offers

What we're looking for:

A charismatic, agile leader from a fast-paced hospitality or leisure backgroundSomeone who thrives in independent, entrepreneurial environmentsStrong commercial awareness and confident in managing large teamsExperience in high-volume bars, late-night venues, or experiential conceptsPassion for creating unforgettable guest moments and not afraid to break the mould
