IT Helpdesk Apprentice

Provide first-line technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools. Log and manage all support requests through the company’s help desk system. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, and networking. Set up and configure PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Assist with installing and updating operating systems and business applications. Maintain accurate technical records and documentation. Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers where necessary. Deliver excellent customer service and communicate clearly with users of all technical levels.
