Level 2 Property Maintenance Apprenticeship

Assisting with general repairs and maintenance across the site or building Checking and maintaining fixtures, fittings, and equipment Communicating effectively with colleagues, tenants, and clients on site Learning to read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications Ensuring tools and materials are prepared and stored safely

Training:

The college-based learning takes place at Greenlight Training, with three mandatory college days each month. For the remainder of the month, apprentices work on site with their employer, gaining practical, hands-on experience. You'll be working to complete the Property Maintenance Operative (Level 2) apprenticeship, including Functional Skills if required.

Training Outcome:

This apprenticeship provides a strong foundation for a long-term career in property maintenance and related trades, offering multiple pathways for growth.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, may work evenings and weekends.
