Junior Services Coordinator Apprentice
What You’ll Do:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner. Schedule engineer visits and update job details in the CRM system. Prepare and send job sheets to ensure smooth operations. Assist with ordering parts and materials, working closely with senior team members. Create simple quotes or estimates where appropriate. Book deliveries and raise purchase orders to keep projects on track. Maintain accurate records and help organise job files for easy access. Build positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues by providing helpful updates and information. Provide general administrative support to the Service Coordination team.Training:
Training with Milton Keynes College. Ongoing training, support and development with the employer.
Training Outcome:
Progression into a Services Coordinator position and potential of other roles within the company.
