Customer Service Apprentice

Main responsibilities:

Being the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails Processing orders from customers Answering customer queries, dealing with product issues and questions Managing returns and replacements Arranging, managing, and tracking deliveries

Training:
You will attend National Business College in Huddersfield, one day a fortnight

Training Outcome:
To progress to level 3
