Apprentice Administrative Assistant
Your day to day duties will include:
Dealing with customer enquiries, via email and phone. Use of Microsoft outlook, word and excel for day-to-day tasks. Using a software that we use to schedule engineers work, quote jobs, complete daily reports and update job notes. Liaising with engineers and other colleagues’ day to day via group chat. Working with subcontractors to book in work. Answering the phone, making calls to customers/suppliers, booking in jobs, dealing with queries and enquiries. Answering emails, queries/enquiries, dealing with subcontractors.Training:
In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 Business Admin qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7 and will arrange weekly/fortnightly meetings with you You receive 20% off-the-job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours
Training Outcome:
Permanent role within the company.

At Ekoflow LTD we offer full wastewater treatment from installation, to servicing and repairs of sewage treatment plants. We use genuine parts and spares for leading brands such as Klargester, Marsh, Graf, Premier Tech and many more. Based in Gloucestershire and operating throughout the South-West, Midlands, South Wales and surrounding areas. We are able to look after our client's entire range of sewage treatment plants, septic tanks, pumping stations, rainwater harvesters and associated equipment. We offer servicing, maintenance, breakdown and repairs of all waste water systems
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm with 1 hour lunch break.
