Office Administration Apprentice

Assist with general office administration, including filing, data entry and managing correspondence (emails, letters etc) Provide support in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and booking travel arrangement Assist in updating the Howard Litchfield social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram etc Maintain accurate records and update systems/databases as required Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team member Help prepare reports, presentations and documentation for meetings or projects Assist in stock supply management, such as ordering office supplies or maintaining inventory Collaborate with team members on projects and other duties assigned

Training:
You will not be required to attend Bishop Auckland College on a weekly basis - all delivery will take place within the workplace You will be assigned an assessor who will liase with you in the workplace You will work towards the Business Administrator L3 apprenticeship standard

Training Outcome:

Full-time employment with the organisation pending a successful apprenticeship.
