We are recruiting for a Chef de Partie for a celebrated restaurant in Fitzrovia. This Chef de Partie role is perfect for a chef passionate about modern French cuisine who values a structured and rewarding career.
This establishment is a hidden gem, consistently featured in the Michelin Guide and known for its classic French techniques with a contemporary twist. The team is close-knit, passionate, and enjoys an unrivalled work-life balance.
The Restaurant and Role:
Chef de Partie position in a 50-cover Michelin-recognised restaurant.Cuisine: Modern French with a focus on high-quality, seasonal produce.Small brigade of 5 chefs, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.The Benefits for the Chef de Partie:
Excellent salary ranging from £32,000 to £36,000 per annum.Exceptional work-life balance: 4.5-day week, closed every Sunday and Monday.Closed for all major holidays: 2 weeks at Christmas, 1 week at Easter, 2 weeks in mid-August.Every other weekend completely off (Saturday, Sunday, Monday).Structured 45-48 hour week over 8 shifts.Quarterly team social events and dinners.The Ideal Chef de Partie Candidate:
