About the Role
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for culinary positions.Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates.Source, screen, and interview international chef talent.Coordinate interviews and guide candidates throughout the hiring process.Work closely with our global team to support high-profile hospitality clients.Identify opportunities to grow and strengthen our chef recruitment division.What We’re Looking For
Fluency in Spanish and English. Aditional languages are a plusPrevious experience in recruitment (hospitality, culinary, or agency experience highly beneficial).Strong communication and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Interest in the hospitality industry — especially the culinary world.Why Join COREcruitment Amsterdam?
