Our amazing client provides specialist one to one care for a client with Acquired Brain Injury in Sheffield, Yorkshire

They combine quality care that are proven to support varied issues and are now looking to strengthen their team with an additional Support Worker.

Responsibilities

Engaging young people and developing therapeutic relationshipsSupporting young people through therapeutic interventions/programsEscorting and supporting young people in the communityCompleting records and notes in accordance with policySafeguarding young peopleWorking with young person to prepare mealsGeneral housekeeping
