Business Administration Apprenticeship
• Reception duties, including answering telephones
• Requesting live dates from the suppliers when clients move to another supplier upon renewal
• Liaising with the suppliers for any objections that arise and assisting to get these resolved
• Updating Systems Link (our main database) with client information
• Updating Systems Link with contract information.
• Completion of VAT forms
• Completing and logging termination notices required by suppliers
• Supporting with general cleansing on SystemsLink
• Assisting with client queries and emails
Ad hoc duties to assist with the bill validation department when needed
Ad hoc duties to assist with the finance department when needed
Training Outcome:
To progress to an appropriate position within the company upon qualification.
Employer Description:
We are a nonprofit energy consultancy negotiating utility contracts for predominantly the care home sector, distributing profits to various charities within the North West of England.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. (we close early on Fridays at 2.30pm) time made up from lunches.
