IT Technical Sales Apprentice

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience.
You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

What you’ll do at work

Lead Generation: Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and research Client Relationship Management: Support the sales team in managing customer accounts, ensuring communication is consistent and clients are kept updated Sales Support: Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Help prepare reports on sales activity and client interactions Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to support sales strategies Product Knowledge: Learn about our products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients CRM Maintenance: Update and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate tracking of sales progress Sales Goals: Work alongside the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives

Training:
IT Technical Salesperson Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard: All training will be delivered online by Wise Origin, offering flexible, expert-led instruction with interactive sessions and digital resources This ensures apprentices can develop their skills while balancing work commitments
