To be considered, you should possess excellent phone manners, a professional demeanour, and the ability to manage all aspects of the property sales process, including market appraisals. We’ll train you on the specifics of the role, but your drive, character, and lead generation skills are what will set you apart.

The role will involve: 

Registering prospective vendors and buyers Arranging and accompanying viewings Handling Offers Sales negotiation & progression Overseeing the successful negotiation of the properties

In addition, the candidate will need to be able to demonstrate: 

Excellent face-to-face customer service skills Good presentation and communication skills The motivation to succeed A confident and professional manner Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity Local area knowledge would be beneficial Full clean UK driving license (essential)

Training:

The successful candidate will obtain a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Apprenticeship standard qualification.

Training Outcome:

Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am till 6.00pm. Saturday, 9:30am till 4:30pm, with a 1-hour lunchbreak.
