Own and manage first-line issues, ensuring timely resolution
Lead incident management for allocated tickets, maintaining SLA adherence
Identify and implement first-line fixes, promoting best practices within the team
Contribute to service improvements as part of daily operations
Provide backfill cover as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional service

Using an online platform with Baltic Apprenticeships qualified coaches.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 7.30 am - 5.30 pm.
