Customer Service Assistant Apprentice

Main tasks of job:

Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and following up to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s database. Assist customers with product or service information, guiding them to make informed decisions. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and escalate complex issues as required. Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company policies. Provide support in improving customer service processes by sharing insights and suggestions. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is shared with customers.

Training:
Level 2 Customer Service at Redcar & Cleveland College. Functional skills Maths and English, if required.

Training Outcome:

An opportunity for a full-time position at the end of the apprenticeship.
